This smart vacuum container pulls down to -70 kPa and reaches full vacuum in about 5 minutes, shutting out the oxygen that causes moisture damage, oxidation and pests. A 24-hour pressure-hold system watches the internal pressure and tops the vacuum back up whenever it drifts.
